Talent Finder is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber & Bathroom Fitter to service London’s residential and commercial properties. You will handle plumbing repairs, installations and bathroom refurbishments with minimal supervision, delivering a professional finish.

The role requires strong fault-finding skills, a minimum of five years in plumbing, and a valid UK driving licence. A company vehicle and steady workload are on offer for a committed tradesperson.

Qualifications

• At least five years' experience in plumbing and multi-trade work.
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent practical industry experience.
• Strong plumbing fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience completing bathroom refurbishments independently.
• Ability to carry out finishing and making good.
• UK driving licence and ability to work independently.

Multi-Skilled Plumber & Bathroom Fitter | London | Full Time | £36,000–£46,000, depending on experience

We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Plumber & Bathroom Fitter to join an established and growing team, working across residential and commercial properties throughout London.

With new contracts secured and continued growth, this is an opportunity to join a business with ongoing work across established property management and residential portfolios.

This role is ideal for a plumber who is confident working independently, takes pride in the quality of their finish and can manage jobs from initial fault finding through to completion.

You'll carry out a varied mix of plumbing maintenance, repairs, bathroom refurbishments and associated multi-trade works. You'll need solid plumbing knowledge, practical finishing skills and the ability to deliver a professional service with minimal supervision.

The role

No two days will necessarily be the same. You'll work across a range of properties throughout London, completing plumbing repairs, planned installations and bathroom refurbishment projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Reactive plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Planned plumbing works and installations
• Fault finding, diagnostics and resolving plumbing issues
• Bathroom refurbishments, upgrades and replacements
• Shower tray replacements and associated installation works
• Bathroom strip-outs and preparation for new installations
• Basic carpentry, including bath panels, boxing in and shower tray bases
• Basic tiling, reboarding and making good
• Silicone application, finishing and final snagging
• Working across residential and commercial properties
• Ensuring work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard
• Maintaining good communication with customers, property managers and colleagues

You'll be trusted to manage your work, identify practical solutions and complete jobs properly, rather than relying on constant supervision.

What we're looking for

We're interested in experienced plumbers who are confident across both plumbing and general bathroom refurbishment works.

You'll ideally have:

• At least five years' experience in plumbing and multi-trade work
• An NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing, or equivalent practical industry experience
• Strong plumbing fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience completing bathroom refurbishments independently
• The ability to carry out associated finishing and making good
• A good understanding of general building and basic carpentry works
• The ability to work independently and manage jobs from start to finish
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Good customer service and communication skills
• A full UK driving licence
