Job summary

Construction Resources Limited is recruiting an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber for ongoing commercial refurbishment projects based in Liverpool. You will join an established site team, carrying out a range of plumbing works on commercial refurbishment sites and supporting domestic works.

The role involves bathroom and wetroom installations, radiator and heating work, and occasional travel with digs provided when required. Applicants should have NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing and a CSCS card.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing is essential.
• Valid CSCS card is required.
• Proven domestic plumbing experience is essential.
• Experience installing bathrooms and wetrooms is desirable.
• Experience installing radiators and related plumbing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general domestic plumbing and maintenance works.
• Install and fit bathrooms and wetrooms.
• Install and replace radiators and associated pipework.
• Carry out general heating and plumbing installations.
• Assist with commercial plumbing projects when required.
• Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently and professionally.
• Work to health and safety requirements and on-site standards.
• Travel to different sites as required, including overnight stays.

Construction Resources are recruiting on behalf of a reputable construction contractor seeking an experienced Multi Skilled Plumber for ongoing commercial refurbishment projects based in Liverpool

This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with an established contractor delivering high-quality refurbishment schemes.

The Role

Working as part of an experienced site team, you’ll be carrying out a range of Plumbing works on commercial refurbishment projects, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong domestic plumbing background, with the ability and willingness to assist with commercial plumbing works when required.

This is a varied role involving bathroom and wetroom installations, heating work and general plumbing. The successful candidate must be flexible and willing to travel occasionally for work, with accommodation/digs provided when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out general domestic plumbing and maintenance works.
• Install and fit bathrooms and wetrooms.

Essential Requirements

• Experience installing radiators and carrying out associated plumbing work.
• Own reliable transport.
• Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight stays when required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
