About the role
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Complex Repairs team to support with the delivery of complex repairs which will include damp and mould work, general plastering and general multi skilled work. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the drive to make things possible. This vacancy will be covering Blackburn, Lancaster and the surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week, and there is a requirement to cover out of hours callout on a rota basis which is paid at £525 per week.
We are a customer focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only be an experienced plumber, but you will also have great customer service skills, a willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done.
The successful candidates will live near Blackburn to be able to reach our customer locations in a timely manner. You must have a full UK driving licence and there is a requirement for a basic DBS check which will be paid for by The Guinness Partnership.
