Yeo Valley Production Ltd in Newton Abbot is seeking a Multi-skilled Machine Operator to join our Goods In / Goods Out team. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, operating a range of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC) and ensuring high quality and compliance with GMP.

Shifts are 4 on, 4 off (06:00–18:00) with 12-hour days. We offer a non-contributory pension, company co-ownership with a yearly bonus and a healthcare cashback plan, plus development opportunities within

Qualifications

• Experience operating machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC).
• Good communication, numeracy and literacy for documentation.
• Able to work in a physically demanding role and maintain hygiene standards.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and be a team player.
• Ability to work unsupervised and follow GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
• Packing of well-known products.
• Operate a wide variety of machinery (filling, packing, forming or CNC machines).
• Demonstrate commitment to delivery; complete paperwork accurately.
• Apply current GMP and maintain hygiene standards.
• Disassemble, clean and rebuild production equipment.
• Any other duties as reasonably required.
