Job summary

Yeo Valley Organic in Newton Abbot is seeking an experienced Operator to join our Goods In/Goods Out team on a 12-hour dayshift pattern (6:00–18:00) across a 4 days on, 4 days off cycle. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring quality and efficiency across a major site.

Key responsibilities include packing, operating filling/packing/forming or CNC machinery, adhering to GMP, completing paperwork and maintaining high cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Forklift and reach truck experience required.
• Stock control experience preferred.
• Strong communication and numeracy/literacy for documentation.
• Able to work in a physically demanding role with high cleaning standards.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts and unsupervised work.

Responsibilities

• Embrace Health & Safety and Quality requirements.
• Pack well-known products.
• Operate filling, packing, forming or CNC machines.
• Demonstrate delivery focus and complete paperwork accurately.
• Apply GMP and clean/rebuild production equipment.
• Any other duties as reasonably required.
