Job summary

Nutreco's Trouw Nutrition unit is seeking a Multi Skilled Operator to support safe and efficient production across our sites in the United Kingdom. You will operate equipment, follow schedules, and maintain clean, safe work areas while contributing to process improvements.

You will bring FLT training, experience in production, strong health & safety awareness, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset to help us meet output targets and quality standards.

Qualifications

• FLT trained and capable of operating in a production environment.
• Strong health and safety awareness.
• Clear focus on quality and meeting targets.
• Flexible, team-oriented and able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Good communication and willingness to share information.
• Proficient with IT systems and navigating multiple VDU screens.

Responsibilities

• Execute a broad range of operational activities to support safe, efficient production processes.
• Record information accurately and in detail.
• Follow the production schedule and operate controls as required.
• Identify opportunities for improvement to optimise processes and tools.
• Work in line with safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures.
• Keep the work area clean and safe, maintaining production lines and site appearance.

Job Description:

What you’ll do:

• Executes a broad range of operational activities contributing to a safe, effective and efficient production processes.
• Accurate and detailed recording of information
• Following production schedule
• Seek opportunities for improvement with n order to continuously optimize and improve operational (work) processes, tools and systems.
• Work in compliance with all relevant safety, environmental and quality regulations and procedures, as well as operational standards
• Ensure the work area is left clean and in a safe working condition and that there are no hazardous situations. Maintain the appearance of the production line(s), working area(s) and production site
