Broadland Housing Association in Norwich is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative (Carpenter) to join the Responsive and Empty Homes Team. Base is Norwich with duties across the Association's footprint as needed.
The role offers a starting salary of £33,806 per annum with progression to £37,494 and includes a company vehicle and enhanced call-out earnings. The position is a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week) with a DBS check and on-call rota.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Operative, with a main trade of Carpentry to join our Responsive and Empty Homes Team in Norwich.
This role will work to help deliver an effective and efficient repairs service to our residents, dealing with Responsive repairs in our occupied properties as well as working on our empty homes to ensure they are fit for relet. You will ensure that repairs are carried out in a timely manner and to ensure a high standard of work to our properties.
