Job summary

Cobalt Recruitment is seeking a reliable Multiskilled Operative to join a live fit-out project in Deeside, supporting the site team through the final stages and assisting with close-out works. This hands-on role suits someone proactive who can adapt to different tasks and help the wider team as required.

The successful candidate will maintain tidy, safe work areas, move materials and assist with minor works, site setup and dismantling, while following health and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience on construction or fit-out projects preferred.
• Reliable, punctual with a proactive attitude.
• Able to work as part of a team on a busy site.
• CSCS card preferred but not essential.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on site.

Responsibilities

• Support close-out and snagging works.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas and welfare facilities.
• Move materials, equipment and deliveries around site.
• Assist with minor works and basic maintenance.
• Help set-up and dismantling as the project progresses.

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Multiskilled Operative to join a fit-out project in Deeside, helping the site team through the final stages of the project and assisting with close-out works.

The role will be varied and will suit someone who is proactive, able to turn their hand to different tasks and happy to support the wider site team wherever required.

Duties will include:

• Supporting the team with project close-out and snagging works

• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe

• Looking after and maintaining site welfare facilities

• Moving materials, equipment and deliveries around site

• Clearing waste and ensuring designated areas are kept organised

• Assisting with minor works and basic maintenance tasks

• Helping with site set-up and dismantling as the project progresses

• Carrying out general housekeeping duties

• Following site health and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• Previous experience working on construction or fit-out projects preferred

• Good work ethic and a proactive attitude

• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

• Comfortable carrying out a variety of practical duties

• CSCS card preferred but not essential

• Ability to follow instructions and work safely on a busy site

This is a hands-on role and would suit someone who takes pride in keeping a site organised and is willing to help wherever needed to get the project successfully over the line.
