Job summary

JAM Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operative for a long-term project in Reigate. This full-time role offers £19.00 per hour on an umbrella PAYE basis.

The assignment runs from 21/09/2026 to 10/12/2027. Duties include Fire Marshal, plasterboard work, traffic marshalling, welfare cleaning, deliveries and general site upkeep.

Qualifications

• Green or Blue CSCS card required.
• Fire Marshal training required.
• Enhanced DBS with Adult Barred List.
• Manual Handling certification required.
• Full PPE provided and used.

Responsibilities

• Fire marshal duties and watching brief.
• Removal of fire stopping and opening/closing plasterboard ceilings.
• Managing plasterboard cut-outs and ceiling work.
• Traffic marshalling/banksman duties.
• Welfare cleaning, deliveries and general site upkeep.
• Ad hoc localised redecoration and other site duties as required.

A Multi Skilled Operative is required for a long-term project based in Reigate. This full-time position offers £19.00 per hour on an umbrella PAYE basis, with an assignment running from 21/09/2026 to 10/12/2027. Duties encompass fire marshal duties, fire stopping removal, opening and closing plasterboard ceilings, managing cut-outs, traffic marshalling, welfare cleaning, deliveries, and general site upkeep.

Candidates must hold a valid Green or Blue CSCS card, Fire Marshal training, and an Enhanced DBS with Adult Barred List. Full PPE is mandatory. Manual handling certification is also required. The role demands flexibility and a proactive attitude towards varied site tasks.
