Job summary

Allied Bakeries in Poole is seeking a team member for a permanent full-time shift. You will operate machinery to set parameters and follow Bakery SOPs while ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.

You will record downtime, weight and quality checks, and production data, and respond promptly to incidents, liaising with technicians for faults. Starting rate £13.10/hr, rising to £14.35/hr with training; 39 hours weekly, rotating shifts; £500 signing bonus after 6 months.

This is a permanent and full-time position based, working on average 39hours per week, Monday - Friday (including paid breaks). This role is available from 7th September 2026. This role includes a signing bonus of £500.00 to be paid after successfully completing 6 months of service.
