A Multi Skilled Operative based within our Hammersmith & Fulham branch provides day-to-day repairs support to our residents. The successful candidate will be part of a local team undertaking high-quality multi-trade repairs and refurbishment activities on housing properties, delivering excellent customer service while meeting safety, quality, and cost standards. You must have a certified core trade, with the ability to support additional trade activities to complete repair and refurbishment works on time and to a high standard, following standard operating procedures. You will be expected to take ownership of construction, fault finding, and maintenance repairs, aiming for first-time completion within budget and time constraints.

Role Criteria:

1. Experience in Plumbing, Carpentry, Plastering, Floor Laying, Tiling, Painting & Decorating, Ground Works
2. Experience in Building Maintenance
3. Social Housing Experience
4. UK Full Driving License
5. Customer Focused
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

All roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work in the UK. Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.

To drive a Mears vehicle, candidates must be over 21, have held their license for over 3 months, and have fewer than 9 points.

All roles are subject to relevant DBS/Security checks before employment begins.
