Mears Group is seeking a skilled Multi-Skilled Operative to support a busy void repairs contract in Leeds. You will carry out end-to-end repairs across multiple trades to bring empty social housing properties back to lettable standard, ensuring quality and safety for residents.
Working 42.5 hours weekly, you will use handheld devices to record work, meet targets, and handover completed properties. A Full UK driving licence and commitment to safety are essential.

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team, supporting a busy voids repairs and maintenance contract in Leeds. This is a hands-on role focused on preparing empty social housing properties to a safe, high-quality, lettable standard, helping residents move into homes that are ready first time.
You will work across a range of void properties, carrying out end-to-end repairs and refurbishment works across multiple trades. This role offers strong workload stability and the opportunity to take pride in delivering properties back to clients efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
