Mears Group is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative to carry out varied property maintenance across social housing in Croydon. You’ll perform carpentry, plastering, tiling, decorating, plumbing and more, delivering high-quality repairs in occupancy properties with care for residents.

42.5 hours per week (8-5 Monday- Friday)
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Croydon you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in Void properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties.
