Mears Group PLC is seeking a Multi Skilled Operative in Brighton. The role covers a range of property maintenance tasks across domestic properties, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, and light plumbing.
You will work in tenanted social housing, delivering high-quality repairs and installations with a customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence and the ability to work independently are essential, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance.
Annual salary: up to £40,000.00.
We are looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Brighton you will be carrying out a variety of property maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, plastering, brickwork, tiling, silicone/mastic works, groundworks and minor plumbing in Void properties. The role requires a delivering high-quality repairs and installations across domestic properties.
