• Perform first and second fix plumbing tasks.
• Repair and renew structures including joists, doors, and flooring.
• Install bathroom suites and perform tiling.

Job description

PPM Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Multi skilled Operative for contracts across Blackburn

Working on social housing

Duties include

• First and second fix plumbing
• Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G or sheet flooring.
• Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling.
• Patch Plastering.
• Installation of a shower tray.
• Tiling of walls.
• Installation of a bathroom suite including WC, WHB and Mixer showers.
• Painting and decoration to a decent standard.
• Radiator installation including draining down and re-filling systems

The ideal candidate would be qualified in Joinery or Plumbing
