Help us make a difference as a Multi Skilled Operative in Aldridge

Shift Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off, 4 nights on, 4 nights off

Working Hours: 07:00 - 19:15 and 19:00 - 07:15

Immediate starts available – no waste management experience needed!

Role Overview

Operate and monitor machinery, including a Forklift (training provided), to a safe and satisfactory standard. Communicate any issues to your supervisor. Strive to reduce waste and increase productivity across all lines. Support your shift colleagues in achieving excellence in health and safety, product quality, asset performance, and employee engagement.

The shift pattern is Monday to Friday.
