Job summary

Imperium Recruitment is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician for a busy distribution centre on the outskirts of Birmingham. The role covers electrical and mechanical maintenance, with responsibility for breakdowns, preventative work, and accurate service documentation.

The position involves night shifts, a fast-paced environment, and the use of CMMS. Beneficial skills include hydraulics/pneumatics and knowledge of PROFINET/PROFIBUS; a Level 3 Electrical qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum LEVEL 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification or Equivalent.
• Experience with fault finding and continuous improvements.
• Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• IOSH and knowledge of PROFINET/PROFIBUS is a plus.

Responsibilities

SALARY £49,500 (inc shift supplements)

8 HOUR SHIFTS

MONDAY to FRIDAY

PERMANENT NIGHTS

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join the team at our client's busy distribution centre on the outskirts of Birmingham.

This is a fast-paced environment, and you will not only be responsible for responding to breakdowns but also ensuring the planned preventative maintenance and service documentation is kept up to date.

There is a wide range of machinery on site including conveyors, picking and packing machinery, box erectors, banding machinery, palletisers to name a few.

We are looking for someone who is confident both electrically, mechanically, has good understanding of pneumatics and happy to take the lead on breakdowns when needed.

• Proven expertise in Electrical and Mechanical maintenance.

• Salary £49,500 (inclusive of annualised Shift Supplement)
• 8 Hour Shifts
• Monday - Thursday 10PM to 6AM & Friday 7PM To 3AM
