Stonepillow is seeking an experienced multi-skilled maintenance operative in Chichester. You will be responsible for performing reactive repairs and planned maintenance in various trades, ensuring our properties are safe and functional.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of multi-trade experience, a full manual UK driving licence, and the ability to work in occupied settings with respect and professionalism.

• Preparing void properties to re-let standard.
• Identifying and remediating damp and mould hazards.
• Liaising with contractors on planned works.
