Cadarn Housing Group is seeking a Supportive Multi Skilled Operative in Tongwynlais, Cardiff. You will perform repairs across our properties, including plumbing, carpentry, tiling and plastering, while delivering high-quality service to tenants and meeting right-first-time standards.

Applicants should have proven maintenance experience, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel around Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. Salary starts from £31,069 and rises to £32,704 with experience.

• Ability to perform plumbing, carpentry, tiling and plastering tasks.
