Pinnacle Group is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to perform repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties in London. The ideal candidate will possess experience in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and more, ensuring high-quality standards while working independently. Pinnacle Group are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative to carry out a variety of repair, maintenance and installation tasks across residential properties. You will be a competent tradesperson with experience across multiple disciplines including plumbing, basic electrical work, carpentry, painting and general property upkeep. The successful candidate will be able to work independently, efficiently and safely, delivering high-quality standards.
You will be joining our Affordable Housing team based in Wembley and Canary Wharf areas of London. The Affordable Housing team operates a large mixed portfolio of new and existing Affordable homes nationwide comprising Affordable and Social Rent, Shared Ownership and Supported homes.
The hours of work are 8.30am to 5pm and a company van is provided.
