Job summary

AWE is seeking Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers to join its skilled engineering team near RG7 4PR. The role focuses on maintaining, servicing and repairing diverse manufacturing equipment, with fault-finding across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.

You will perform planned maintenance to maximise reliability and respond to breakdowns, while supporting installations, commissioning and improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, servicing and repairing machine tools and associated manufacturing equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems.
• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance activities to maximise equipment reliability, availability and performance.
• Responding to equipment breakdowns and safely restoring operational capability in a timely manner.
• Supporting machine installations, commissioning activities, modifications and engineering improvement projects.
• Analysing equipment performance and contributing to reliability, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with production, engineering and project teams to deliver operational excellence

Location: RG7 4PR, located between Reading & Basingstoke with free onsite parking.

Package: £39,280 - £55,000 (depending on your suitability, qualifications & level of experience)
