Job summary

Synergi Recruitment is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer for a busy manufacturing site. You will handle fault finding, breakdowns, and maintenance across the site, contributing to reliability and continuous improvement.

The role involves responding to breakdowns, performing PPMs, and driving engineering standards to minimise downtime and support production in a modern manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Fault-finding and breakdown response; fault diagnosis and maintenance across site.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is desirable.
• Electrical bias is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding to get production back up and running.
• Responding to breakdowns and minimising downtime.
• Carrying out planned preventive maintenance (PPMs).
• Working on machine reliability and continuous improvement projects.
• Supporting production and upholding engineering standards.
