You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on processing and packaging machinery, diagnose breakdowns (PLC systems), and drive planned maintenance while working closely with a skilled team to ensure high operational standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment with an electrical bias and mechanical understanding.
• Willingness to undertake training to strengthen electrical skills.
• Ambition to develop and progress within a maintenance/engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing and packaging machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns, including PLC-controlled systems.
• React quickly to faults to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Support and deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Collaborate within a skilled engineering team to uphold high operational standards.
