Are you an experienced Maintenance Engineer looking for a role with genuine development, training, and long-term career progression?

A leading food manufacturing company in Luton is expanding their engineering team and is seeking a motivated individual who wants to grow, learn, and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on food processing and packaging machinery
• Diagnose and troubleshoot breakdowns, including working with PLC-controlled systems
• React quickly to faults to minimise downtime and maintain production efficiency

Skills & Experience Required

• The successful Maintenance Engineer will ideally have experience within a manufacturing or production environment and be electrically biased, with mechanical understanding.
• However the company is open to developing the right person.
• If you are mechanically biased but want to strengthen your electrical skills, full training and development will be provided.
