Job summary

ATA Recruitment is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a market-leading manufacturer at their Bristol site.

The role offers up to £55,000 with premium overtime, extensive training including Siemens PLC and robotics, and a clear path to progression in a large UK group. You will join a supportive engineering team with development opportunities and a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification at Level 3 or above (Electrical, Mechanical or Multi-Skilled).
• Previous maintenance engineering experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a 5 on 5 off and 4 on 4 off days/nights.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated production equipment, conveyors, presses and robotics.
• Respond to breakdowns and fault find to restore line performance.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Work on 3‑phase systems, motors, sensors and control equipment.
• Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
