Job summary
A Maintenance Engineer role in the North Birmingham area (Cannock) with a market‑leading manufacturing group. The role offers £54,100 base pay with OTE exceeding £60,000, along with a 10% pension, generous holiday and premium overtime.

Qualifications
- Level 3 Engineering Qualification is required.
- Experience in manufacturing, production or engineering environments.
- Strong electrical and/or mechanical fault-finding skills.
- Knowledge of PPM and reactive maintenance.
- Experience with automated machinery, conveyors, robotics or industrial equipment is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on highly automated equipment.
- Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime.
- Attend equipment breakdowns and maintain production uptime.
- Support continuous improvement and reliability projects.
