Synergi is recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturer whose products are consumed worldwide. This is an excellent opportunity to develop and grow as a Maintenance Engineer, working alongside experienced colleagues.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Conduct reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
  • Respond quickly and efficiently to plant stoppages.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain a good understanding of processes, products, and quality procedures.
  • Oversee planned maintenance activities.
  • Diagnose faults and implement solutions.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Recognized engineering qualification or apprenticeship.
  • Food safety awareness (desirable).
  • Experience with industrial 3-phase motors, control systems, and PLCs.
  • Knowledge of pneumatic controls and industrial bearing systems.
