Qualifications

• Significant experience in a multi-skilled maintenance engineer role within manufacturing.
• Completed an apprenticeship as a maintenance engineer and NVQ level 3 (or equivalent).
• Working knowledge of good engineering practices and maintenance processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify failure modes of plant equipment and return to operation safely and promptly.
• Diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns and liaise with day teams on long-term issues.
• Locate spare parts using the CMMS and manage stores returns.
• Carry out preventive maintenance routines and schedule work as per plan.
• Collaborate with colleagues to complete Planned Preventative Maintenance on time.
