The successful candidate will conduct both planned and reactive maintenance tasks on various systems, ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients. • C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulations certification.
• Proven practical experience in building services.

Responsibilities

• Perform Electrical PPM and reactive maintenance.
• Conduct building services tasks as part of a maintenance team.
• Engage in emergency light testing and fire alarm testing.

We are currently recruiting for a Multi Skilled Electrical Bias Maintenance Engineer to carry out PPM and Reactive Activities to a key contract in Coventry. The engineer will also cover another site in Newark a couple of day each Month

The applicant would be expected to assist with various reactive and PPM tasks, as well as other duties around site.

The applicant is expected to be Electrically biased and have a strong multi-skilled background within the Building Services industry.

Job Description/Duties

• Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance
• Building Services tasks
• Working as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client
• Emergency light testing
• Changing lamps
• AHUs PPMs
• Basic plumbing
• Fire alarm testing
  
  

Key Skills And Qualifications

• C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent)
• C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert preferred)
• 18th edition

• Sound level of administration and organisational skills
• Proven practical experience within the industry
• Ability to develop a good understanding of the customers’ business requirements
