  • Call-Out Pay: First 3 hours paid, regardless of time spent
  • TOIL for Extra Shifts: Time off in lieu when covering additional shifts
  • Long-Term Recognition: Additional holiday through our Long Service Award Scheme
  • Comfortable Facilities: Access to self-service kitchen (microwave, fridge, hot water) and clean break areas
  • Free Tea & Coffee: Available throughout your shift
  • Full PPE Provided: Safety is our priority
Key Responsibilities
  • Respond rapidly and effectively to equipment breakdowns, identifying and resolving faults
  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to reduce downtime
  • Support capital projects and site improvements, including machinery changeovers and contractor management
  • Maintain equipment availability, ensuring spare parts are ordered and stock levels are adequate
  • Communicate clearly with production and other departments to coordinate engineering activities
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest safety standards and in compliance with legislation

  • Commitment to health & safety and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
