Overview

Responsibilities

1. Undertake planned preventative maintenance activities with consideration for safe plant operations and product quality.
2. Develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures.
3. Participate in continuous improvement activities to develop plant capability and equipment reliability.
4. Contribute to plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects.
5. Coach, mentor, and support engineers and operational technicians.
6. Serve as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.

Requirements

1. Time-served Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering, with experience as a Multi-Skilled or Electrical Maintenance Engineer.
2. Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
3. Proactive approach to safety.
