Synergi is recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FMCG manufacturer with a presence in over 40 markets. As a multi-skilled maintenance engineer, you will work alongside other engineers to maintain and improve production machinery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct reactive and planned maintenance on high-speed production machinery.
• Understand the process, products, and quality procedures.
• Oversee planned maintenance activities.
• Diagnose faults and identify problems on machinery.
• Implement solutions to machinery issues.
• Perform fault finding on a diverse range of production equipment.

Ideal Candidate Background:

• Strong awareness and experience in Quality, Health & Safety.
• Familiarity with planned preventative maintenance.
• Experience in fault finding and problem solving.
• Knowledge of high-speed mechanical systems, electrical systems, automation, and PLC control systems.
