Lionweld Kennedy Flooring Ltd, part of Hill and Smith Holdings, seeks a Maintenance Engineer for the Marsh Road site in Middlesbrough. You will maintain and repair plant, equipment and facilities, and work with the team to maximise availability in a safe environment.
Candidates should have a time served apprenticeship with mechanical/electrical experience, strong fault-finding skills, and proficient use of Microsoft Office.

Reporting to the maintenance Manager, the maintenance engineer is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the plant, equipment and building facilities at the Marsh Road site. As a mechanical and electrical engineer working as a team to ensure maximum equipment availability. This responsibility includes the planning, prioritisation, co-ordination, and action of all tasks required for the repair and maintenance of equipment in terms of cost , quality, time management in a safe environment.
Full Time with an immediate start
Mon- Thursday 7.30am – 4.00pm, Friday 7:30am – 3.00pm
Have completed a time served Apprenticeship with machine tool experience in a mechanical and/or electrical environment
25 days per year (Holiday year Jan – Dec) + 8 Bank holidays, Pro rata for part time.
3 times basic salary whilst in employment
Automatic enrolment if meet criteria, 5% Employee, 3% Employer. After 1 year in April – Age related up to max 6.5%.
