Yolk Recruitment Ltd are seeking a talented Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team in Gloucestershire. The role is based in Ross-on-Wye with a days Monday to Friday pattern, paying around £52,000 plus annual bonus.

You will drive preventative maintenance, contribute to plant improvements, and mentor technicians while ensuring safety and high quality standards across operations.

• Time served apprenticeship in mechanical engineering with experience as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and dynamic approach to safety.
• Strong technical leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
• Clear communication.

Responsibilities
