Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Limited in Gloucestershire is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team on a Monday–Friday day pattern. You will undertake planned maintenance, drive improvements and mentor junior engineers in a dynamic, safety‑minded environment.

The role offers a salary around £50k–£52k plus an annual bonus, a strong pension and holidays, with overtime available but not required.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned preventive maintenance activities with due consideration for safe plant operations and product quality.
• Develop and enhance maintenance systems and procedures.
• Routinely undertake continuous improvement activities to develop plant capability and equipment reliability.
• Participate in plant improvements, modifications, and capital investment projects.
• Coach, mentor and support engineers and operational technicians as appropriate.
• Act as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.
