Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer for a modern FMCG manufacturing site in Wrexham. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated and semi-automated production lines, carrying out fault finding and preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

Working a 4 days on, 4 nights off shift, you will contribute to reliability improvements, attend to breakdowns quickly, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in FMCG environments.
• Experience with planned, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Willing to work a 4 on, 4 off days/nights shift pattern.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance on automated production machinery.
• Fault-finding and preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Support production performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
