Job summary

Stirling Warrington is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer for an established manufacturing site in Eastwood, Nottinghamshire. This role operates on a 4 on/4 off rotating pattern with days and nights and a 12-hour shift cycle to sustain high-speed production.

You will perform routine and preventative maintenance, diagnose breakdowns, and contribute to the site’s HSE standards and PUWER compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong engineering background within manufacturing.
• Ideally multi-skilled in both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Electrical or electronic qualifications are preferred but not essential.
• Good fault-finding and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventative maintenance across the site.
• Respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults and repair quickly to keep production running.
• Deliver and manage the site's PPM schedule.
• Support Health, Safety and Environmental standards and PUWER compliance.
• Work with colleagues to ensure planned workloads are met.
