Job DescriptionMulti Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Location:Paddock Wood
• Job Type:Full-time, Permanent
• Salary:Up to £48,500 per annum
• Hours:40 hours per week, Core hours 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm (Mon-Fri)

We are working on behalf of afamily-owned specialist manufacturer, serving customersworldwide. Theirexpert team is expanding, and we are seeking a multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to support theirdiverse production processes, building services, facilities, and to contribute to exciting new projects.

Day to Day of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer role:

• Conduct planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance across all business functions.
• Work closely with production to maintain machinery and equipment.
• Utilise engineering skills to develop solutions and support continuous improvement activities for optimal processing performance.
• Assist the Engineering Manager and projects team with new equipment installation, including industrial wiring tasks.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical control and instrumentation faults efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer:

• Preferably a 60/40 mechanical/electrical bias.
• Engineering qualification such as an apprenticeship with HNC, ONC, or equivalent.
• 17th or 18th edition wiring regulations.
• Practical electrical and mechanical experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with pumps, motors and inverters and pneumatics.
