Skills & Experience Required to Become a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Engineering apprenticeship or relevant academic and practical qualifications
• Electrical bias
• At least 2 years of experience in maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment
• Experience in a food or FMCG environment is preferred
• High literacy and numeracy skills

Your Responsibilities as a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance on plant machinery
• Update and modify the PPM system daily to ensure accurate engineering information
• Provide proactive support for production and factory services
• Assist production with machine setup and start-ups
• Manage your tasks to meet company objectives within agreed timescales
