Base pay range

Location: Liverpool Street


Salary: £48,000 - £50,000 basic

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

About the Role:

Our client is seeking a Multi-skilled Engineer to join their team at a prestigious corporate office building near Liverpool Street station. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of 3 engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of the building's systems.

Client facing environment so seeking engineers that have worked in corporate environments previously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and reactive repairs on electrical systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to ensure minimal downtime.
• PPM, Reactive maintenance across all electrical, mechanical and HVAC kit onsite.
• Carry out compliance checks to meet industry standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with onsite engineers and contractors to deliver seamless services.
• Participate in a callout ROTA (1 in 4 weeks, £100 allowance per week).
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be UK-based with a valid right to work.
• No sponsorship available for this role.

Relevant work experience includes but is not limited to:

• Emergency lighting, fire alarms
• Single/Three phase power supply
• PPMs
• FCUs
• AHUs
• Generators
• Chillers
  
  

Skills required:

The successful candidate MUST have:

• Worked within building services for the last 5 years
• C&G/NVQ in Electrical Installation or Mechanical Engineering
• Be able to pass an enhanced DBS check
