Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer in Bollington. The role covers both mechanical and electrical maintenance on automated production machinery, with a 70/30 bias toward mechanical work.

You will ensure maximum uptime and efficiency in a busy factory environment. The position demands apprentice-level engineering qualification and a background in manufacturing or forces, plus the ability to fault find on PLCs and operate safely across shifts.

Qualifications

• Apprentice trained to Level 3 in Engineering.
• Experience from manufacturing or forces backgrounds welcome.
• Must be able to work on mechanical and electrical basics.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mechanical and electrical maintenance on automated production equipment.
• Perform planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement and safety in a factory setting.

MULTI SKILLED MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

Job Title: Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Location: Bollington

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000

Shift: Monday - Friday mixture of earlies, lates, nights (8 hour shifts) with lots of time off inbetween shifts!

Job Role of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer

This successful manufacturer based in Bollington (Cheshire) are looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (70/30 either bias). You must be able to work on the basics mechanically and electrically and have a good work ethic.

You will be responsible for carrying out mechanical and electrical maintenance and planned preventative maintenance on a range of fully automated production machinery, ensuring maximum uptime and efficiency.

• Multi Skilled - 70/30 either bias
• Apprentice trained - Level 3 qualification within Engineering
• Open to backgrounds - manufacturing or forces
