Recruit4staff is proud to represent a leading FMCG company in their search for a Permanent Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to work at their Powys-based facility.

Job Details:

• Salary: £36,000 - £38,000 Per Year DOE
• Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days / 2 nights)
• Position: Permanent, Full-time
• Benefits: Pension, company bonus, overtime rate, Bank holiday rate

Responsibilities:

• Planned repairs and equipment breakdowns
• Planned preventative maintenance on all plant and equipment
• Completion of all relevant paperwork
• Involvement in small projects and contributing to continuous improvement culture
• Other duties as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Educated to HNC or equivalent qualifications or experience - ESSENTIAL
• At least 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, including fault finding on electronic drive and PLC control systems in FMCG sector
• Experience with 3-phase motors, pumps, and valves
• Willing to work shifts including days and nights, and overtime as needed
• Team player
