Job summary

The Guinness Partnership's Guinness Property in London is seeking a permanent multi-skilled tradesperson to carry out responsive repairs in residents' homes, covering plumbing, tiling, plastering and flooring as part of the repairs and maintenance arm.

You will work on a rota including late shifts, Saturday mornings and out-of-hours callouts, and should live within the Wembley/Acton area. An NVQ Level 3 qualification and a full UK driving licence are required, along with a basic DBS check.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 (City & Guilds) trade qualification or equivalent recognised competency in the primary trade
• Experience in customer-focused environment, ideally social housing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and record information accurately

Responsibilities

• Carry out responsive repairs in residents' homes
• Undertake general multi-skilled work
• Complete multi-trade tasks including basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, groundwork and flooring installation
• Carry out mould washes and treatment
• Apply products that remove and treat damp and mould, following health and safety guidance
• Take part in the out-of-hours callout rota
• Work a late shift and Saturday mornings on a rota basis
