• Experience working as a Multi Skilled Joiner with a recognized apprenticeship.
• Competent in aspects of the Joinery trade and plastering discipline (desirable).
• Skilled workers should hold a CSCS card and have asbestos awareness.

Job description

Are you a Multi Skilled Joiner based in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas? Are you looking to earn £31,363.00 per year?

Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands. All travel times will be considered as part of working hours

Your role

Remove or relay or lay new, flag work. Undertake small scale groundwork

Repair /renew/ fit roofing trusses for traditional, hips and valleys and repair/ renew/fit soffit fascia and barge boards. Repair/ renew ceiling and floor joists, stairs, studding, partition walls, T and G

or sheet flooring. Repair/ renew doors and door casing, skirting, handrails, balustrades, pipe boards and ducting panelling

Repair/ renew kitchen units, work tops and decorative finishes

Repair/ renew timber and UPVC window frames

Multi trade skilled Joiner and capable of complete works in other construction trades including patching, plastering, wall and floor tiling and minor groundwork activities

What We Need From You.

Must have served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3). Experience of working as a Multi Skilled Joiner. Competent in all aspects of the Joiner trade discipline. Plastering trade discipline (desirable). Ability to carry out multi skill trades, and core Joinery or Groundwork and experience working within a social housing environment. A current driving licence is desirable. Skilled workers will hold a CSCS card, have asbestos awareness and their own tools.
