A local housing contractor in Widnes is seeking Multi-Skilled Joiners for temporary to permanent positions. Candidates will perform repairs on social housing properties, including joinery, plastering, tiling, and kitchen fitting. A driving license is required.

• Driving Licence required.

• Day to day repairs on tenanted and void social housing properties.
• Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery.

Venn Group has been approached by a local housing contractor to recruit for Multi-Skilled Joiners on a temporary to permanent basis in Widnes

As the successful candidate you will have experience working as a Joiner.

The duties will include:

• Day to day repairs on tenanted and void social housing properties
• Carry out all aspects of 1st and 2nd fix joinery
• Complete multi-skilled work including patch plastering, basic tiling and painting
• Kitchen fitting on planned works
• Use a PDA system to receive and update jobs
• Comply with all Health and Safety procedures on site

Essential Skills/Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent
• 2x References
• Driving Licence (van provided)
