Job summary

YourRetreats is seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our manufacturing and installation team. You will carry out a wide range of joinery and finishing works across luxury lodge builds to meet the high standards of our customers and the YourRetreats brand.

Primary duties include installing doors, windows, cladding and roofing, fixing kitchens and wardrobes, reading technical drawings, and delivering premium finishes with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a multi-skilled joiner or carpenter.
• Experience fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.
• Ability to read drawings and work from technical information.

Responsibilities

• Installation and fitting of internal and external doors.
• Fitting timber, composite and feature cladding systems.
• Installation of windows and external openings.
• Roofing installation and associated timber structures.
• First fix joinery including stud work, floor structures and roof carcassing.
• Second fix joinery including skirting, architraves, ironmongery and finishing details.
• Kitchen fitting to a high standard, including appliance integration.
• Measuring, fitting and scribing bespoke wardrobes and storage solutions.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.

At YourRetreats, we build exceptional luxury lodges, park homes and bespoke living spaces that redefine quality and craftsmanship. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced and highly skilled Multi-Skilled Joiner to join our manufacturing and installation team.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide range of joinery and finishing works across our luxury lodge builds, ensuring every project meets the high standards that our customers expect from the YourRetreats brand.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Joiner or Carpenter.
• Competent in all aspects of first and second fix joinery.
• Experienced in fitting kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke furniture.
• Ability to scribe and fit to a premium finish.
• Experience with doors, windows, cladding and roofing installations.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work from drawings and technical information.
• Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
