Job summary

Your Retreats Ltd specialises in crafting luxury bespoke lodges across the UK. We are looking for a Workshop Manager to lead our furniture manufacturing team, delivering outstanding custom pieces for our lodge interiors.

You will oversee the production of bespoke furniture, manage a skilled joinery team, organise workflow, and maintain safety and efficiency in the workshop. A background in high-end joinery and strong leadership are essential.

Role Overview

As Workshop Manager, you will oversee the production of bespoke furniture, ensuring all pieces meet the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. You will manage a team of skilled joiners and craftspeople, organise workflow, and maintain a safe and efficient workshop environment.
