Overview

Multi Skilled Carpenter/ Joiner required to work with leading Northumberland based Housing Associations Maintenance Team.

The role involves reactive and planned repairs on domestic social housing properties across Northumberland and the wider region.

Responsibilities
  • 2nd fix carpentry repairs such as door hanging, kitchen repairs, skirting and architraves, etc.
  • Basic aspects of other trades (e.g., tap changes, patch plastering and decorating).
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: £33,354 basic salary; expected earnings £37,000+; van & fuel card provided.
  • Hours: 37 hours per week.
  • Location: Ashington, Northumberland.
  • 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
