AWD online, a Bristol-based natural swimming pool construction specialist, is seeking an Installation Engineer / Multi-Skilled Tradesperson. You will perform practical installation work across pool projects, balancing water chemistry and coordinating with teams, with specialist training provided.

The role suits a hands-on builder with plumbing, pipework and construction experience, capable of reading plans and working autonomously while organising materials and daily schedules.

Qualifications

• Strong general construction background with hands-on ability.
• Confident with tools, installation work and practical site tasks.
• Familiar with plumbing, pipework and practical installation.
• Able to read plans and translate drawings into work.
• Good understanding of electrics and safety on site.
• Full, clean UK driving licence and autonomous work style.
• ISPE qualified or willing to obtain qualification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pool installation and supervise teams where needed.
• Install plant room pipework and associated equipment.
• Install pool covers and other equipment for projects.
• Balance pool water and ensure systems operate effectively.
• Use hand and power tools for varied construction tasks.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors when required.
• Assist with maintenance of completed pools.
• Order materials and plan daily activities, manage workload.
• Read plans and drawings and translate into practical work.
• Maintain an organized, tidy site and communicate with team.
