Job summary

Effective Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Water Treatment Engineer to service, maintain and install water treatment equipment across the North West. The role focuses on commercial wet leisure facilities, including pools, spas, hot tubs and saunas, with occasional travel to other UK areas.

You will diagnose faults, perform installations, service dosing systems and provide technical support while prioritising safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in water treatment, wet leisure, pools or related industry.
• Experience servicing and maintaining water treatment equipment.
• Knowledge of pumps, filtration and chemical dosing systems.
• Experience with swimming pools, spas or wet leisure facilities advantageous.
• Knowledge of UV water treatment systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and maintenance of commercial wet leisure facilities.
• Service and maintain swimming pool, spa, hot tub and sauna equipment.
• Maintain dosing systems, pumps and filtration equipment.
• Diagnose faults and respond to emergency repairs.
• Install and service water treatment equipment and UV systems.
• Support customers with private water supplies and treated systems.
• Carry out water sampling for microbiological analysis.
